An 18 L waxed-canvas daypack with leather trim, a padded 15-inch sleeve and a lid that opens wide enough to pack it standing up.
Description
Waxed canvas, leather at the wear points and a lid that folds back flat, so you can see the whole 18 L instead of fishing in a tube. Inside there is one padded sleeve for a 15-inch laptop and a zipped pocket for keys and a card; outside, two side pockets take a bottle or a folded jacket.

Volume is the usable main compartment, measured with a fill test rather than quoted from the supplier. Check the carrier’s carry-on limit before a flight: the 40 L pack is 22 in tall, which is inside most US domestic limits but over a few European ones.
