Products and orders
All products are subject to availability. Volumes, dimensions and weights are stated on each page and are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is mispriced, or where we suspect fraud.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time, but a price change does not affect an order already confirmed.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms: 30 days, unused, in the original packaging.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to scrape, copy or resell its content or images without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The ROSEANNA SALDANA name, the site design, the product photography and the copy on this site are owned by ROSEANNA SALDANA or licensed to it. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
Liability

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Packs are rated for the loads stated on each page; damage from overloading a zip, strap or seam is not a defect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your state of residence.
